How do you uninstall and revert back to original file with no meta data input?

Uninstalling File Meta does not delete the metadata associated with the file. You need to delete the metadata first using the delete function in the context menu provided by File Meta, or alternatively by using the File Meta command line utility, and then uninstall File Meta.

Thanks Dijji, but the delete function doesn't delete files already associated with handlers. I even reinstalled windows and can still edit metadata in files.
Is there no way to revert back before installing the File Metadata?

You’re right, I missed a step. To fully remove all traces of File Meta you need to:
  1. delete all meta data using the context menu or the command line tool
  2. use the File Association Manager to remove the File Meta property handler from all extensions
  3. uninstall File Meta
